Punjab Govt. Postponed Class 10 & 12 Board Exams
The State Education Department, Punjab has taken the decision to postpone the Board exams of Class 10 and Class 12 due to the rise in COVID cases across the state. The exams were scheduled to be conducted on April 09, 2021, and March 22, 2021, respectively. But, now the board exams will be held from May 04, 2021, for Class 10 and from May 24, 2021, for Class 12, as notified by Janak Raj Mehrok, Controller Examinations, Punjab School Education Board. Class 10 exam will be conducted in the Morning shift from 10 am to 1:15 pm whereas the Class 12 exam will be held in the Afternoon shift from 02 pm to 5:15 pm. The exams will be conducted at the examination centres which will be announced while issuing roll numbers. The exams for Class 08 will commence on March 22 and for Class 05 on March 16, 2021, as per schedule.
